Focused Meetings with Decision Makers

Nothing beats a face-to-face meeting, especially with a real decision maker who is there to listen. Arc-US provides a platform for senior Architects to meet quality Suppliers to learn about new products, innovations and solutions in the context of current and future construction projects. It also enables suitable Suppliers to get a fuller understanding of what the Specifiers need so they can develop their products more effectively and work more closely with key Architects. All Arc-US attendees provide detailed profiles before the event so you can see exactly who's coming.

Pre-Selected Meetings

1 month before the event starts you select who you want to meet. We then produce your own personalized meetings schedule. You will have 3 types of meeting: your own requests, those requested by other delegates who want to meet you and those where you have both asked to meet each other. Our system ensures your schedule is the most effective combination possible of Architect and Supplier requested meetings. These will be indicated on your provisional meetings schedule which you will receive and be able to approve 1 week before the event. Outside of your meetings schedule you will find ample opportunity to meet and get to know the other attendees. Since there are many more architects attending than vendors, suppliers companies are able to conduct as many as 60 meetings with senior architects during the event.

The Arc-US meeting format is not like a tradeshow: the Architects each have their own designated table where they are ready to meet Supplier companies individually, according to their schedules: this helps assure our Architects are relaxed and attentive during the meeting sessions. Meeting the right people in a focused environment means you can cover a huge amount of ground in a short time.
